PA can be influenced by policies in a variety of ways. Parents&rsquo; knowledge and awareness of PA, SB, and PF are critical in promoting PA for school-aged children. </span></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-ZA"><span style="color:black">Objectives: </span></span></b><span lang="EN-ZA"><span style="color:black">The study was conducted to assess stakeholders&rsquo; knowledge and awareness of PA, SB, and PF, as well as the implementation of and adherence to PA policies among primary school children in Lagos State, Nigeria. &nbsp;</span></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-ZA"><span style="color:black">Methods</span></span></b><span lang="EN-ZA"><span style="color:black">: A mixed-methods design was employed. The School Physical Activity Policy Assessment (SPAPA) questionnaire was distributed to 80 Headteachers and PHE teachers in Lagos, Nigeria. Focus groups discussions with parents (n=27) and in-depth interviews with six key informants were conducted.<br> <b>Results.</b> A total of 61 teachers completed the questionnaires. The sample had almost equal gender distribution. .
