Navigating Mpox: Call for the Development of Guidelines for Safe and Effective Physiotherapy Practices

 I am writing to highlight the need for consensus-based guidelines addressing mpox (formerly known as monkeypox) in the field of physiotherapy. The recent declaration of a public health emergency by the World Health Organization (WHO) due to the rapid spread of mpox [1] emphasizes the necessity for clear protocols to protect patients and healthcare providers.
